With Holistic Health Coaching, I help you remove the barriers between mental, physical, sexual, and spiritual health. We have one fat sack, and through holistically healing all areas of health, we’re able to make more lasting and meaningful improvements. Our sums are greater than the total of our parts.

With values of accessibility and cultural awareness, I emphasize the use of music, food, movement, and art to aid healing in an evidence-based, fun, and (often) free way. In working with me, you can expect to focus on:

Therapy vs Coaching

Therapy focuses on mental and emotional processing of current life events, trauma and childhood processing, being guided towards realizations, correcting negative thought patterns, managing difficult emotions, and reduction of symptoms from mental health diagnoses.

Coaching is more directive and structured. It will stay present and future oriented, focusing on improving current life systems to reach tangible goals.
