Mission Statement
Chaotic Healing integrates healing into all facets of our client’s lives. We work with clients who are ready to implement a change in their health, inclusive of those who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent. Amidst the chaos of late stage capitalism, you’re not alone - whether you’re a recently diagnosed ADHDer, a spoonie juggling a never-ending to-do list, or a mom who just left a fatphobic gym. We use evidence based practice to support the whole person while being accessible, community-oriented, and of course, fun!
Values
Chaotic Healing proudly values anti-racism, DEIA, HAES, feminism, LGBTQ+ rights, housing first, harm reductionist, Pro-Palestine, and all other forms of anti-oppression. Chaotic Healing also acknowledges held privilege and power, as well as biases and blind spots. Due to the aforementioned, Chaotic Healing vows for all associated employees and contractors to engage in ongoing professional development, training, and personal reflection that encourages cultural humility and equity.
Meet the Team
“The world is hard enough, let’s make healing fun”
Jayden Aubryn (they/them) is a Black, Indigenous, queer, non-binary, AuDHD, and ethically non-monogamous healer. They specialize in healing complex trauma by integrating mental, physical, sexual, and spiritual health. They believe in making healing fun by incorporating music, movement, food, art, and BDSM into their healing practices.
Jayden’s main focus is to help you build a better relationship with your body. They believe that emotions, chronic pain, food cravings, intrusive thoughts, and all other bodily experiences are your body’s way of communicating with you. Instead of being afraid and avoidant of these sensations, they’ll teach you how to have an open and productive conversation with your body based on what it’s trying to say to you.
Jayden has a BA in Psychology, a Masters in Social Work, and are the founder of TISE Consulting and Therapy. They are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, School Social Work, Integrative Health, Personal Training, and Trauma-Informed Weight Lifting. Jayden’s work experience is incredibly varied, ranging from schools, non-profits, private practice, dance studios, home visits, government initiatives, and more.
