Counseling Philosophy

I approach nutrition counseling with a trauma-informed, Health at Every Size, anti-diet, and body positive mindset rooted in the principles of intuitive eating. I work best with those who are not seeking to lose weight, but to improve their relationship with food and their body.

There’s nothing that you should or should not eat (unless you’re deathly allergic or intolerant) and there will be no hard rules or restrictions. Let’s embark on a journey together to make eating food accessible and fun!

We meet together on Zoom to discuss your eating habits, relationship to food, stressors, meal plans, and accessibility needs.
