I approach nutrition counseling with a trauma-informed, Health at Every Size, anti-diet, and body positive mindset rooted in the principles of intuitive eating. My goal is to help you build a more positive relationship with food and your body.
There’s nothing that you should or should not eat (unless you’re deathly allergic or intolerant) and there will be no hard rules or restrictions. Let’s embark on a journey together to make eating food accessible and fun!
