Mental Health Coaching Philosophy

My goal is to improve your relationship with your body, thoughts, and emotions. I don’t believe there is anything you should or should not do, think, or feel - only what’s more helpful or more harmful.

I will help you learn to decipher how your body communicates to you and the most effective ways to communicate back. I do this by practicing compassionate accountability, direct communication, providing education, and using a mix of healing modalities to best fit the clients’ needs.

I will also acknowledge societal impacts on daily functioning, especially those of white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism, in an effort to decolonize healing.
